About Emma Kate

Career history

Hello! A little bit about me……I started my career in hospitality as I had a great love for food and wine. I worked in many areas of hospitality including Management. 

In 2009 I secured a position at Glen Ewin Estate as the Wedding & Events Coordinator. Having just built a second venue it grew quickly & we were hosting 6 Weddings + Events a week in the peak season! Needless to say I learnt ALL about Weddings very quickly!!!! As hectic as it was I absolutely loved it & my organisation skills went through the roof.  The team quickly expanded & I was promoted to Events Manager, then Assistant General Manager.

In 2015, after 7 years I decided it was time to go out on my own. 

I started small just offering planning packages while I also worked at Chandelle Galerie, a beautiful candle shop in Hyde Park. I learnt how to make candles & discovered that I had a creative knack for Styling the entire shop!

I then added on Styling to my packages which became popular and not long after that, flowers. I am constantly wanting to develop new skills & after training at Adelaide Floristry School my love for flowers exploded into designing and arranging many flowers today. I am the face of my business from marketing, to coordination, to arranging flowers, making deliveries, building our website, literally everything!
